Free Shipping

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping worldwide.

 

Returns and Refunds

We apologise if the item you have received is faulty. If an item is faulty or broken we allow you to return the item free of charge with full reimbursement. This is only valid within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns and refunds are only offered for faulty or broken items.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

Shipping Time

Currently our average shipping time is 15 days, however this varies by location. We are currently trying to improve our shipping time!

 

Countries We Ship To

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will reimburse your order and contact you.

 

Lost/Missing Packages

Crux Boutique are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

  

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

 

My Tracking Says "No Information Available at the Moment"?
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please feel free to contact us.
 

Will my Items be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
